The Boat Skipper B is a Croatian coastal license that entitles you to operate sailboats and motorboats up to 18 meters (or 15 meters for certain vehicles). There is no maximum engine power limit. The license is also valid for jet skis. It also includes the SRC VHF marine radio license.

The Certificate of Competence/Certificate for Near Coastal Navigation authorizes the independent operation of yachts in cruising area 3: this is the area of 200 nautical miles measured from the coast. This allows for sailing in near-coastal waters such as the Mediterranean, the Black Sea, and the Baltic Sea.
